Our client has an immediate opening for a senior roadway lighting designer with a minimum of 7 to 10 years experience. The Senior Manager will also prepare cost and project proposals to procure/pursue new work for the division. Strong familiarity of with State Highway Administration practices, IES RP-22 and RP-08 and AASHTO Guidelines is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience and education.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 7 years experience with Maryland State highways projects and related roadway lighting design, photometric analysis, voltage drop calculations, circuit design, analysis tools such as AGI32 and Visual and Microstation applications with analysis tools.

Experience and knowledge of MDSHA and AASHTO standards .

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Experience with bridge inspections is preferred .
