Insurance Broker seeks qualified financial professional for the role of Branch Controller. This position will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for operating units within the Northeast. Additional responsibilities will include profitability measurement, integration management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• 6+ years of financial reporting experience.
• Manage the financial records for selected Regional Branches.
• Maintain financial policy compliance.
• Ensure internal controls are maintained throughout the operation.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work with Senior Managers.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Insurance brokerage experience a plus.
• Agency Management System experience a plus.
• Experience with Cognos reporting & planning a plus.

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
